Login Guide for ClassCraft AI
This guide explains how to log in to ClassCraft AI and provides troubleshooting tips for common issues. Only named and licenced users from subscribed organisations can access ClassCraft AI.
Login Instructions
1. Locate the Login Button
The Login button is located at the top-right corner of any public ClassCraft AI page if you are not already signed in.
2. Sign in with Your Microsoft Account
- Click the Login button.
- On the login page, click the Sign in with your Microsoft account button.
- If you are signed in to your organisational Microsoft account on the device, you will not be prompted for your email and password.
- If you are not signed in, you will need to enter your organisational Microsoft credentials (email and password).
Note: Only users from subscribed organisations can log in. Ensure you are using the correct Microsoft account associated with your organisation (e.g.,
yourname@yourcollege.ac.uk
).
First-Time Login
For most users, ClassCraft AI will have been pre-approved by their IT administrator, so no additional steps are required. However, some users may be prompted to:
- Grant ClassCraft AI permission to read their basic profile information (e.g., email, username).
- Approve these permissions to proceed with the login.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you are experiencing issues logging in, follow these steps:
1. Verify Your Microsoft Account
- Visit Office.com to check which account you are currently signed in to.
- If necessary, switch accounts to your organisational Microsoft account (e.g.,
yourname@yourcollege.ac.uk
).
2. Try Incognito/InPrivate Mode
- Open your browser in Incognito (Chrome) or InPrivate (Edge) mode.
- Navigate to the ClassCraft AI login page and try logging in again. This ensures no cached or incorrect login details interfere with the process.
3. Ensure Your Organisation is Subscribed
- Only users from subscribed organisations can log in. Confirm with your Learning Technology or IT team that you are on the list of licenced users.
4. Check Network and Device Settings
- If you are using a device on your organisation's premises or a managed device, you may already be signed in to Microsoft. Simply click the Sign in with your Microsoft account button without entering credentials.
5. Clear Browser Cache
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
6. Contact Your Organisation’s IT Team
- If issues persist, contact your organisation’s Learning Technology or IT team. They can verify your account, permissions, and subscription status.

Does ClassCraft AI store my password or personal data?
No. ClassCraft AI does not store your password or any personal data. All authentication is handled securely through Microsoft’s Azure AD system.
What should I do if I see a permission request?
Some users may need to grant ClassCraft AI permission to access basic profile information (e.g., email, username). Click Allow to proceed. If you are unsure, contact your organisation’s IT team.
What if I accidentally use the wrong Microsoft account?
