Welcome to ClassCraft AI! In just 5 minutes, you'll discover how easy it is to generate engaging learning resources, streamline your teaching workflow, and collaborate with the community. Follow these steps to get started!


Step 1: Sign In and Explore the Dashboard​

  1. Sign in to ClassCraft AI:

    • Click Login in the top-right corner of any public page.
    • Use your organisational Microsoft account. If you're already signed in on a managed device, simply click Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    • Some users may need to grant permissions during their first login.
  2. After logging in, explore the Dashboard, your central hub for:

    • Accessing tools by category (e.g., Planning, In-Class).
    • Viewing your Usage and Time Saved stats.
    • Checking your favourites, history, and API usage.

Step 2: Choose and Use a Tool​

    1. Paste a YouTube URL.

Step 3: Download and Save Your Work​

  1. Once the resource is generated:

    • Files are only generated when you click Download, so download immediately if needed.
  3. Access generated files on the History page:

    • Go to History from the dropdown menu.
    • Filter by generator name or browse past resources.
    • Files are retained for 30 days if previously downloaded.

Step 4: Track Your History and Feedback​

  1. Use the History page to:

    • Review all resources you've created.
    • Re-download files for supported tools (e.g., PowerPoint or H5P).
  2. Provide quick feedback on tools:

    • Leave a comment or suggestion directly on a tool’s page to help us improve.

Step 5: Join the Community with "Suggest a Tool"​

  1. Go to the Suggest a Tool feature from the dashboard.
  2. Share your ideas for new tools or upvote existing suggestions.
    • Describe your idea and explain how it would benefit educators like you.
    • Help shape ClassCraft AI by contributing to its development.
