Key Features

1. Configuring the Activity

Users can tailor the activity using the configuration panel:

  • Subject or Topic: Specify the main focus of the activity (e.g., "Vehicle Braking Systems").
  • Audience Level: Define the educational level (e.g., HND, SCQF Level 5).
  • Duration: Set the total time for the activity in minutes (e.g., "1 hour").
  • Additional Information: Add any specific requirements, such as "Focus on collaborative problem-solving" or "Must work in a workshop environment."

The output provides:

How to Use

Step 1: Configure the Activity

  1. Navigate to the Group Activity Plan Tool.
  2. Fill in the required fields in the Configure section:
    • Subject/Topic
    • Audience Level
    • Duration
    • Additional Information
  3. Click Generate to create your activity plan.

Tip: Ensure the "Additional Information" field highlights specific needs, such as hybrid delivery methods or vocational applications.

Step 2: Review and Edit

  • Review the generated plan under the Response section.
  • Use the "Refine & Regenerate" feature to adjust focus areas, such as:
    • Incorporating vocational relevance
    • Emphasizing blended learning approaches

Step 3: Export

  • Download the final plan in DOCX format using the Download DOCX button.
