The Compliance Centre provides essential tools for managing legal compliance, generating key documents, and helping your organisation ensure ClassCraft AI aligns with data protection and regulatory standards.

📄 Available Features​

  1. Data Protection Agreements (DPA):

    • Automatically generate a Data Protection Agreement tailored to your organisation.
    • Ensure transparency in data processing and alignment with GDPR requirements.

  2. Service Level Agreements (SLA):

    • Define uptime commitments, response times, and support arrangements.
    • Shareable with senior leaders, IT teams, or procurement stakeholders.

  3. Third-Party Vendor Management Agreement (TVMA):

    • Outline how your organisation addresses compliance and transparency when using third-party services like AI providers.
    • Helps manage internal and external concerns regarding AI and data processing.

  4. Pre-Filled Risk Assessments:

    • Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA):
      • Evaluate and document potential data protection risks associated with ClassCraft AI.
    • Equality Impact Assessment (EIA):
      • Identify any unintended impacts on accessibility, inclusion, or equity.

  5. Data Protection Reports:

    • View and download reports detailing:
      • Active users in the past 30 days.
      • Content generation activity.
      • Submitted feedback or queries.
    • Useful for data audits, internal reviews, and governance records.

  6. Templates Library:

    • Access pre-completed templates for use in internal reviews, compliance submissions, or risk documentation.

🛠 How to Use the Compliance Centre​

  1. Access the Compliance Centre:

    • From the Admin Dashboard, select Compliance Centre.

  2. Choose a Document Type:

    • Select from available documents like the DPA, SLA, TVMA, or assessments.

  3. Enter Organisation Details:

    • Auto-fill information using data stored in your Organisation Settings, or enter details manually.

  4. Generate the Document:

    • Review the content before generating.
    • Click Generate Document to create a downloadable PDF.

  5. Download and Distribute:

    • Share the generated files with your DPO, IT security team, or other relevant stakeholders.

🛡 Compliance Features​

Data Retention and Monitoring​

  • Usage Data & Logs: Activity logs and usage statistics are retained indefinitely to support governance and service improvements.
  • Anonymisation: User accounts are anonymised once an organisation’s contract period ends.
  • Generated Content: User-generated content (e.g., AI outputs) is retained for 30 days only, after which it is permanently deleted.
  • Reporting Tools: Downloadable Data Protection Reports are available directly from the dashboard.

Security and Data Protection​

  • GDPR Aligned: Our platform supports data minimisation and transparent processing in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): MFA is available and managed by your organisation’s Azure AD policies.
  • Security Practices: Access controls, monitoring, and regular security reviews are in place to safeguard user data.

Azure Integration Status​

  • Confirm Azure tenant connection and admin consent to enable Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Supports seamless login and account management via Microsoft 365.

  4. Review Security Configurations:

    • Check your organisation’s SSO settings and session timeout configuration regularly in the Security Settings area.
