We’re excited to announce the launch of Crafting, a new way to shape and extend the resources you generate in ClassCraft AI.
Instead of stopping at a single output, Crafting gives you a toolkit of actions that let you refine, supplement, and adapt content until it’s classroom-ready.

What Is Crafting?​

Crafting is a collection of AI-powered actions available in supported tools. These actions give you control over what happens after an initial resource is generated.

There are two main types of actions:

  • Replace actions – Improve or reshape the current content (e.g. simplify text, change the format, or enhance explanations).
  • Supplement actions – Add something new alongside the original (e.g. additional activities, quiz questions, or discussion prompts).

But the real power of Crafting is customisation.
You can take the pre-built actions we’ve included and adapt them to your own teaching style or create entirely new, repeatable actions that live inside each tool. This means you’re not limited to “one-size-fits-all” outputs; instead, you can build your own mini-workflows and apply them whenever you need.

How It Works​

  1. Generate a resource with one of the supported tools (e.g. lesson plan, transcript-based summary).
  2. Choose or customise an action — refine what’s there, or add something new.
  3. Build repeatable workflows by saving custom actions to use again in future.
  4. Iterate as needed — apply multiple actions, reorder, or stack them together.
  5. Finalise and export your crafted version in the format you need.
